God has enable and placed us as educator
in order that we should lead the children under our care
as God - fearing, self - fulfilling individuals
ready to face the demands of life now and in the future.
O U R V I S I O N
Prefatory Learning Center, Inc. therefore shall strive
to help children reach their maximum capacity as individual
and consider their own uniqueness.
Through the help of God as our sovereign rules
it shall seek to develop them mentally
socially, emotionally, physicaly and spiritually.
